How We Rank Every AFL Player

Ranking every player in the AFL with utmost precision is by no means a simple task. We approach this challenge with a comprehensive methodology, ensuring we gain a profound understanding of each player's impact on their team.

Our analysis encompasses a wide range of factors, including AFL media votes, coaches' votes, and match reports. This holistic approach enables us to identify the players who have played pivotal roles in every game. However, our methodology extends beyond that; we employ a custom scoring system reminiscent of fantasy sports to break any ties and accurately rank each player in the AFL.

Our objective is to leave no stone unturned in our quest to provide the most precise player ratings in the AFL. Whether they are the prominent superstars or the less recognised players, we are committed to giving each individual the recognition they deserve based on their on-field performance.
