How We Rank Every AFL Player

It's challenging to accurately rank every player in the AFL, but we take a methodical, data-driven approach to the assignment.

Our thorough analysis considers a number of variables, including match reports, coaches' votes, and AFL media votes. We can identify the players who have been key to each game using this process. Yet to assure an accurate evaluation of every AFL player, we also apply a unique scoring methodology, similar to AFL SuperCoach, in our study.

Our main objective is to do everything possible to provide the most accurate player ratings in the AFL. We work hard to provide each player with the accolades they merit based on their on-field performance, whether they are well-known superstars or unsung contributors.
