This is a famous fixture so it's no surprise that the spoils are fairly even over the last several years.

The Hawks were disappointing against the Demons, 55 point defeat and only kicking 5 goals. They've got more to offer than that but who knows when we'll see it?

Geelong had a great win in Adelaide against a fairly hungry Crows side that just couldn't match them. They were able to put the foot down a few times when needed and converted their opportunities into goals in a really strong effort.

What we can expect:

Hopefully we get a decent contest! The Hawks are generally unpredictable with their best footy, pretty good.

Geelong really shouldn't make the Finals based on their list, experience and ceiling, but if they take care of business in games like this then they can definitely go close.
