📈 Carlton make 3 changes with Jacob Weitering back in the team after an extended period out with injury. That's big. They also bring in Caleb Marchbank and Elijah Hollands comes in from Gold Coast for his first game after serving a drug-related suspension. BIG Positive changes.

Head to Head:

Last year's Good Friday meeting saw Carlton win by 23 points and they also won their meeting in 2022 by 50 points.

North have been very competitive against Carlton in earlier meetings and will fancy themselves here.

Last week:

North lost by 4 goals to Fremantle but this doesn't tell the full story. They are making plenty of mistakes like all young teams do but managed to win some of the key stats - Clearances 38-34, Inside 50s 57-45, Marks Inside 50 15-13, and Time In Front - 58 minutes to 48 minutes. Unfortunately they lost on Goals - 15 to 11, the most important stat!

Carlton had the bye last week which should mean they well rested, after a 2-0 start to the season.

What we can expect:

Carlton should be strenghtened in the backline with the return of Weitering. He might be a little ring-rusty, but will have an impact anyway.

We should get another plucky performance from North - Clarko demands continual improvement and they are starting to look like they can handle more big body pressure. They look tempting to cover the 36 point line with BetRight just here.
