📉 The Swans bring in Corey Warner for Robbie Fox who is injured. Warner is a rookie with some promise and will take some time to find his place at this level. The change is a Net Negative.

📈 The Bombers have made several changes with Laverde, Draper, Hobbs and Hind coming in for Reid, Redman, Guelfi and Jones. Big Positive.

Sydney have won 4 of the last 6 meetings but 5 of these meetings have been decided by 9 points or less including a 2-point game in R20 last year.

The Swans looked impressive against Collingwood. "Looked" because Collingwood are now 0-3 and struggling.

Essendon did enough to beat Hawthorn - not exactly clinical but were far too good.

What we can expect tonight:

Sydney will be tough to beat and wins over Melbourne and Collingwood show they are a serious football team.

At this point of the season going back several years Essendon is talked about as potential improvers. This year is no different.

Given the competitive recent history between the two teams and Essendon's positive changes, this might be a bit closer than the bookies are saying.
