Since Richmond's Premiership of 2020, they've met 5 times and Richmond lead 4-1, winning the last 4 by an average of 57 points. 

Last week:

The Eagles played some of their best footy for the season against the Swans, mostly in the first half where they were able to lead at HT by 5 points. The Swans brought more to the 2nd half to go and win by 26 points. Given the last meeting was a 171-point win to the Swans, to get within 26 points here was quite remarkable. Sydney won the Clearances, 44-32 but the rest of the stats were fairly even.

The Tigers kicked the first 4 goals of the game and got out to 22pt lead at HT, playing the narrow ground better than St Kilda. St Kilda came out after HT and played a better possession game and kicked 6 goals to 2 in the 3Q and flip to an 8pt lead at 3QT. The Saints played smart footy in the last quarter to get home by 7 points in a low-scoring game. The Saints had 402 total disposals to win that by 44. Inside 50s, Clearances and Contested Possession were almost identical in a very even matchup. 

What we can expect this week:

It's no secret that Richmond have been very undermanned so far this season but they've managed to lead every team they've played except Gold Coast in Round 1.

West Coast were much improved last week but the 19.5 point line feels a little light and the Tigers can cover the line with Bet Right just here.
