Round 21 NRL Try Scorer Tips

Alex Johnston Anytime Try at $1.45

With 22 tries in 18 games, Alex Johnston looks set to be the NRL's leading try scorer for a third straight season in 2022.

Now, as Johnston's Rabbitohs take on the Warriors this weekend, our model is projecting him as a 75.2% chance of adding to that tally.

This probability makes the fair odds $1.33, with the best of the bookies coming from TAB at $1.45.

Interestingly, if you want to take AJ to score 2+ or 3+ tries on Saturday afternoon, Neds is offering the best odds of $2.95 and $7.25 respectively.

Rabbitohs vs Warriors is at Sunshine Coast Stadium on Saturday, August 6 at 3:00pm AEST.

David Nofoaluma Anytime Try at $1.60

After moving on loan from the Tigers this week, David Nofoaluma finds himself in a great position to score on his Storm debut.

With the Storm missing Ryan Papenhuyzen, Jahrome Hughes and Xaiver Coates (named as a reserve), all eyes will be on Nofoaluma as Melbourne's best wide threat.

Our fair odds for Nofoaluma to add to his eight tries this season are $1.68, with the best available odds coming from Pointsbet at $1.60.

Storm vs Titans is at AAMI Park on Friday, August 5 at 6:00pm AEST.

Ronaldo Mulitalo Anytime Try at $1.78

After a couple of weeks without scoring, Ronaldo Mulitalo got back on the board in the Sharks' win over Souths last week, taking his 2022 total to 13 tries.

With the Sharks listed as 9.5-point favourites against the Dragons this week, we expect Mulitalo to get plenty of opportunities to score.

At a 55.3% probability, the fair odds for Mulitalo to cross the line are $1.81, with the best odds of $1.78 coming from Ladbrokes.
