The Broncos side is decimated by injury and this week their line up will be much weaker than the one that lost the Grand Final in the final 5 minutes last year. No Flegler, Haas, Palasia and Capewell in the middle, and no Reynolds, Farmworth or Walsh out wide. Not only is that 7 players, that is 6 of their starting 13 missing!

Which is why I am surprised the Cowboys are not shorter here. Unbeaten so far, the Cowboys attack is back to its best. While their defence is still a bit leaky, I think they should be able to shut down a Broncos line up missing so many of its key attacking guns.

On my ratings, the Cowboys deserve to be 6-8 point favourites here.
