The Dragons were impressive last weekend and although they have been poor at times this year, I think the 2024 version of the Dragons are a different side and deserve a little more respect. With physicality in everything they do and the attacking brilliance of Sloan, Lomax and Hunt, the Dragons will rate their chances at WIN Stadium.

As for the Warriors, they were pretty disappointing against Manly and probably deserved to lose that one. They are a little short on forwards, with Niukore, Tevega and Afoa all missing. While they have some handy young forwards to draw upon, I think the Dragons forwards match up pretty well here.

With a home ground advantage and the Warriors having come off a gruelling 90 minute encounter in the pouring rain, there are plenty of variables.

But the Dragons up and down form is too difficult to back against a team like the Warriors, who before last weekend looked like top 4 material.

I think this one could be closer than the bookies think.
