The Eels were dreadful against the Raiders, and it is clear they are missing Moses more than many predicted. But they are back at home this weekend and they are a hard team to beat in front of their fans.

Coach Arthur will not tolerate the defensive lapses of recent weeks and I am predicting a strong bounce back. I like that he has dropped poor performers from last weekend, including Sivo.

Yes, the Cowboys attack is firing and they are the only team to have averaged over 30 points a game so far in 2024. But they are not great on the road and they have also had a pretty soft draw to date, so I think the Eels are a chance here.

With Cartwright back and Asi in the halves (that is who he should have opted for from day 1!), I like the odds on offer for the Eels to win.
