Although Souths notched up their first win of the season against the Doggies, it was far from impressive. The Doggies lost The Fox during the match and came very close to stealing it at the death.

Souths head into this game now without Alex Johnson and so they will once again have an unfamiliar centre pairing and head into this match missing 3 of their 4 likely outside backs at the beginning of the season (Munro, Graham and Johnston).

As for the Warriors, although the loss of Metcalf was not great, they have a very handy replacement in the from of CHT. Throw in the likely return of CNK and Walker, and the very successful return of Niukore last weekend, and this is as strong as the Warriors have looked all year.

Although the Warriors are 2-2, their form has been a lot better than Souths, having lose to Sharks narrowly and pipped by the Storm in Melbourne.

I have the Warriors about 6 points better based on these teams and like the odds being offered for a Warriors win.
