NRL Pro Punter Previews - Warriors v Knights, Round 4 2024

The Warriors did enough to get the win against a determined Raiders and while they had a bit of luck with a few 50/50 calls, they showed what a tough team they are to beat at home.

As for the Knights, I thought they were diabolical in the second half against the Storm and although they did enough to hold on, a full-strength Storm would have won by 12 points.

The Knights likely to be without Leo Thompson, who has been one of their better performers in the middle and although Cogger was decent at 7, he did not set the world on fire and I think Hastings very unlucky to be in reserves.

Best is still not playing great, and the Saifiti brothers only offer glimpses of the form that saw them play Origin. All in all, everything revolves around Ponga and if the Warriors can mitigate his impact, they should win one well.

There is a lot of uncertainty around fitness of some Warriors played (AFB looked to be in discomfort last weekend) and Egan still recovering (plus not clear fullback with both options injured). This might be a good game to keep the powder dry on the sides and look to the Totals markets where the line sits around 40.5.
