The Warriors, after dropping their first two games, have been on fire over the past few weeks. Wins against the Raiders, Knights and Souths have all been very impressive and now that they have CNK at 1 and RTS in the centres, their attack is really starting to click.

Manly are coming off a strong win against the Panthers and so the bookies give them a good chance here. But I think they are reading too much into the defeat of the Panthers, who were poor and beaten by a Manly team that turned up for DCE in front of a packed out Brooky.

On my numbers, the Warriors are about a try better and when you throw in the home ground advantage, I like the odds on offer here for the Warriors to cover the line.

Predicted score: 28 Warriors - Manly 16
