Round 13 NRL Try Scorer Tips

Jason Saab Anytime Try Scorer at $2.05

After scoring in his last game before getting injured, Manly's Jason Saab is the NRL's most likely try scorer in Round 13 at a 46.6% probability.

TAB is offering the best odds if you're looking to get on Saab to score this week, with its $2.05 a far stretch better than the odds of $1.90 or worse on offer with most of the other major bookies.

The Sea Eagles play host to the Warriors at 4 Pines Park on Saturday, June 4 at 7:35pm AEST.

Murray Taulagi Anytime Try Scorer at $1.91

Having scored 7 tries in 12 games in 2022, Cowboys winger Murray Taulagi is looking good to cross the line again against the Titans on Thursday night. Our model projects him to have a 45.6% chance of scoring a try.

It's worth noting the Cowboys have scored 44.9% of their tries down Taulagi's favoured left side in 2022, while the Titans have conceded a massive 54.9% of their tries down the right side of defence.

The Titans face the Cowboys at Cbus Super Stadium on Thursday, May 27 at 7:55pm AEST.

Taylan May Anytime Try Scorer at $1.90

Panthers centre Taylan May has been one of the most prolific try scorers in the NRL so far in 2022, scoring 11 times in 10 appearances.

With the Bulldogs conceding down the right side of defence (42.3%) more than they do the centre (25.0%) or left (32.7%) so far this season, May should find himself with ample opportunities to score against Canterbury.

Our fair odds for May to score this week sit at $2.20, whilst the best odds available come from Neds who have him at $1.90. Although this isn't great when compared to our 45.5% probability, May is still the third most likely try scorer across the NRL this weekend.

The Panthers go head-to-head with Bulldogs at BlueBet Stadium on Friday, June 3 at 7:55pm AEST.

Charlie Staines Anytime Try Scorer at $2.25

Next up we have Charlie Staines, who looks like a good bet to make at Ladbrokes. Our fair odds of $2.25 line up exactly with Ladbrokes' odds, which is pretty rare for guys at the top of the list each week.

With a number of Panthers players selected for Origin next week, Staines will find himself looking to get back on the scoresheet against the Bulldogs, with our model projecting him as a 44.4% chance of doing just that.

The Panthers take on the Bulldogs at BlueBet Stadium on Friday, June 3 at 7:55pm AEST.

Christian Tuipulotu Anytime Try Scorer at $2.15

The 21-year-old Sea Eagles winger Christian Tuipulotu has scored 5 tries in 8 games in 2022, and our model projects him as a 42.2% chance of getting at least one more against the Warriors.

With some bookies offering odds of just $1.85 on a Tuipulotu try this week, the $2.15 at Neds is by far the best.

The Sea Eagles do battle with the Warriors at 4 Pines Park on Saturday, June 4 at 7:35pm AEST.
